With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Naomi Lilley (Ottawa, Illinois), who passed away on December 20, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Robert and Lillie Florence Robinett (Johnson); and her siblings, Jane Jenkins, Thelma Davis, Harriet Thorson, Mae Flicker and Edward Robinett.
She is survived by: her husband James Charles Lilley; her children, Gail Mitchell (Vernon) of Bourbonnais, IL, Kevin Lilley (Gay) of San Diego, CA, Karen Peters (Todd) of Bourbonnais, IL and Janet Phelps (Jim) of Bourbonnais, IL; and her brother Robert Robinett (Charlotte) of Ely, MN.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
