He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Horn and Margaret Horn (Carpenter); and his wife Eleanor Gobel. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Kepley (Mark) and Michael Horn (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Savannah, Shea, Paige, Heaven, Alexis, Lillian and Amelia; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Eleanor; and his sister Julie Bomhold (Floyd).
