With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert VonRuden of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" VonRuden and Elsie VonRuden (Heintz); his wife Rosemary Damron; and his brothers, John VonRuden (Verna) and Duane VonRuden (Jan).
He is survived by: his children, Debora Hansen (Tim) and Dennis Damron (Barbara); his grandsons, Alexander Hansen (Genevieve), Christopher Hansen (Miriah Cronin) and Stephen Hansen (Calie); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Rhoads, Rain Hansen and Harley Hansen.
