He was predeceased by: his parents, William Husemann and Evelyn Husemann (Stoeffler); his spouse Shirley "Carmie" Magana; his siblings, Paul, David Husemann, Ann Sanborn and Patricia Zucker; and his grandson Joe Jessen.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Newbury (Jeffrey) of Ottawa, Robert Husemann Jr. of Ottawa and Margaret Jessen (Jeffrey Schmanske) of Seneca; his sister Sandy Johnson; his sister-in-law Shirley Hoffman; his grandchildren, Loren Jessen (Clayton Brown) of Ottawa, Cara Jessen of Austin, TX, Brad Jessen (Samantha Duffy) of Dekalb, Christian Newbury (Hillary) of Ottawa, Gabriel Newbury (Natalie) of Ottawa, Erin Newbury of Sioux Falls, SD and Edward Newbury of Ottawa; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Gia, Noah, Ella, Crew, Jace, Jax and Jonah.
In observance of CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing will be encouraged.
