It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Chapman of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurel and Ethel Chapman, Sr. (Collins); and his brother-in-law Noah "Tim" Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Robert Chapman (Paula) of Dayton, TN, Richard Chapman (Debbie) of Jacksonville, FL, Patricia Chapman of Ottawa and Pamela Salz (Jerome) of Tonica; and his siblings, Laurel Chapman, Jr. (Dorothy) of Florida, Edward Chapman (Christine) of Naperville, Lloyd Chapman (Diane) of Ottawa, Esther Baxter of Michigan and Lois Chapman of Florida. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
Due to current State of Illinois guidelines face coverings and social distancing will be required.
