Richard Leonard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Leonard of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2021 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sue, Richard Barry, Rose and Donald Leonard, Sr.; his aunt Sandi Neilsen (Paul); and his friend Kathryn Hand.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald Jr. Leonard of Ottawa and Karen Leonard (Barry); his siblings, Ron Leonard, Bryan Leonard (Carrie) and Kayla Leonard; his nephews, Justin Leonard (Alanah), Jacob Leonard (Katie) and Collin Leonard; his niece Maddy Leonard; his great-nieces, Paisley and Maren Leonard; his great-nephew Declan Leonard; his aunt Sharon Barry; his cousins, David Pool (Kathy), Alison Pool, Pam Rausch (Chris), Nicole Rausch, Lindsey (Tyler), Willow Christopherson, Paul (Peggy), Michael and Catherine Neilsen; and his godchildren, Max, Luke, Zachary, Elizabeth and Theodore Hand. He is also survived by many friends and co-workers.
