He is survived by: his girlfriend Cynthia Gustafson; his daughter Amy Putnam (Kelly); his sisters, Gina Hogan (Bill) and Julie Fiorini; his granddaughter Lacey Calsing; and his nephews, Cody Hogan (Raysa) and Michael Hogan (Cheyenne).
