He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Bailey and Rose Bailey (Dubach); and his brothers, Eddie and Danny. He is survived by: his wife Paula Rockey; his son Raymond Bailey (Niki); and his brothers, John Bailey (Sue) of Ottawa, IL and Albert Bailey of Ottawa, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
