It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Joan Williams of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pillion and Rita Pillion (Walsh); her husband Bob Williams of Patrick's Church; her sister Julie Pillion; and her in-laws, Roger Schmoeger, Jerry Klein and John Stoudt.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Makenas (Larry) and Mike Williams (Nicole); her grandchildren, Jessica, Alec Makenas, Sloane and Sean Williams; and her siblings, Ann Schmoeger, Rosemary McDonnell (John), Ron Pillion (Lynn), Diane Stoudt, Deb Jarigese (Mike) and Denise Jessen.
