Phyllis (Stevenson) Manigold Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2021, at the age of 92, Phyllis (Stevenson) Manigold in Ottawa, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Stevenson and Ethel Stevenson (Clairmont); her husband Owen W. Manigold; and her siblings, Marilyn Roesler, Mildred Lucas, Arnold, Ted, Robert, Wayne and Richard Stevenson.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. David O. Manigold (Maribeth) of Ottawa, Mark Manigold (Becky) of Batavia, Sarah Yelverton (Roy) of Woodlands, TX and Rev. Brian Manigold (Kathy) of Hoopeston, IL; her grandchildren, Cortney Zamora (David), Lindsey Pace (Danny), Lauren Yelverton, Kyra Parrott (BJ), Kyle Manigold, Abby Campbell (Jerad), Jenna Porter (Sean), Jessica Yonkman (Ryan), Kristin Anderson (Gage) and David Olivero (Jessica); her sister Betty Blake (Kenneth) of Goshen, IN; and her sister-in-law Maryellen Stevenson of Ottawa. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.

Due to current State of Illinois guidelines in regards to the pandemic, private family services will be held.

Memorials may be directed to the Grand Ridge United Methodist Church or the Ottawa Concert Association.
