She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Bowers and Edna Bowers (Ostrander); her husband Raymond Charlier; her brothers, Don and George Bowers; and her sons, Donald and Dale Charlier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Houston and Beverly Launius (Rick); and her grandchildren, Deeann Jildah, Eddy LaBarge, Kylie Halterman, Pamela Encinas, Michael and Nicole Launius. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
