It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillis Ahasic of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Shawneetown, Illinois, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Goforth and Delithia Goforth (Lee); and her husband Stephen Ahasic. She is survived by: her children, Joey Chiovatero, Chris Ahasic, Tristan Ahasic and Megan Ahasic; and her granddaughters, Lucy and Genevieve Ahasic.
