He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Wasilewski and Bernice Wasilewski (Pivonski); his daughter Linda Marie Wasilewski; and his brother David Wasilewski. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Wasilewski of Mary's Catholic Church; his son Scott Wasilewski; his sister Barbara Sessler (Ron); his sister-in-law Norma Wasilewski; his goddaughter Emily Reardon; and his pet Patches. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (726 W Jefferson St, Ottawa, IL 61350).
