He is survived by: his wife Victoria Eisert; his children, Paul PJ of Ottawa, Scott Eisert of Ottawa, John Eisert of Ottawa, Jeanne Cook (John) of Ottawa and Lee Ann Eisert of Ottawa; his grandchildren, John Cook (Susan), Joe Cook (Ashley) and Shannon Eisert; his great grandchildren, Carson Keylard, Tucker Keylard, Nora Cook and Henry Cook; and his brother Ron Eisert (Michele).
