He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Vavaroutsos and Evangelia Vavaroutsos; his brother Koolie; his sister-in-law Laverne Vavaroutsos; his sister Maria; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Kanellis, Jim Hondros, Nick and John Bayiokos.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Angie and Louis; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christo and Niko; his brother John; his sister-in-law Kathy Vavaroutsos; his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Maria Vavaroutsos; his sister Toni Hondros; and his sisters-in-law, Ourania and Mary Bayiokos. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
