We bid farewell to Maxine Faye Twait of Ottawa, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 22, 2024 at the age of 95. Maxine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Haeffele and Esther Haeffele; her husband Stanley Twait; her son-in-law Charles Thomas; her sister Mildred Wright; and her brother-in-law Stanley Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hall (Douglas) of Serena, Marla Thomas of Glendale, AZ and Stanley Craig Twait (Jackie) of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Dirk, Derrick, Dain, Danielle, Brett and Brynn. She is also survived by 14 Great- Grandchildren.
