She is survived by: her husband Leon Phelps; her sons, Randi Phelps (Patty) of Ottawa, Richard Phelps (Julie) of Ottawa and Robert Phelps (Shelley) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Haley Chandler (Joel), Ryan Phelps, Ashley Allen (Edward), Colin Phelps, Bryce Phelps, Ashlynne Flamingo and Lindsey Reynolds; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Maverick and Millie; her siblings, Tom Newbury, Pat Newbury (Sue), Kathy McGill and Cheri Myers (Robert); and her caregivers, Kari Neurohr, Jamie Rice, Shirley Sater and Kendra Jobst.
