She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lakan and Ella Lakan (Barr); her sister Helen Newcomb (Bob); and her brother-in-law John "Jack" Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Ralph "David" Maubach; her children, Adam Maubach, Ed Maubach and Mollie Nagle (Shane); her grandchildren, Max, Aubrey Maubach, Nolan and Keegan Nagle; her sister Charlotte Richardson; and her cousin Marcia Wisniewski.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick Church (726 W Jefferson St, Ottawa, IL 61350).
