He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus McGeorge and Elsie McGeorge (Cooksey); his daughter Elissa Ann Schott; and his siblings, Carl McGeorge, Charlotte Murdock and Doris Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Luella McGeorge; his son William "Bill" McGeorge Sr. (Fawn); his sister Sharon Graham; his grandchildren, Jefferey McGeorge, Brittney Greer, Bradley Greer (Chelsea), Corey Pfalzgraf (Ashley), Billy McGeorge Jr. (Veronica), Amber McGeorge, Shelbee McGeorge and Jake McGeorge; and his great grandchildren, Karson McGeorge, Jaxson Wozniak, William McGeorge III, Marcus McGeorge and Cameron Pfalzgraf. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
