She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hougas and Marguerite Hougas (Jacobsen); and her siblings, Virgil Hougas and Margie Tuftie (Hougas). She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" William Wise; her children, Gregory Wise of Arvada, CO and Angela Pokarney (Mark) of Marseilles; her grandchildren, Haley Kay, Tyler John Wise of Aurora, CO, Kyle DeVries of Marseilles and Ashley Degner (Chris) of Ottawa, IL; and her siblings, Ronald Hougas (Pat) of Tipton, IA, John Hougas (Ellen) of Utica, IL, LaVerne Arntzen (Dave) of Serena, IL and Arlene Jackson (Don) of Sheridan, IL.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
