He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Allen. He is survived by: his mother Rose Allen (Floyd); his wife Leticia Arute; his daughter Amber Allen; his granddaughter Alisha Kochenburg; and his siblings, Doug, Bruce, Brian Allen, Peggy, Pam and Paula Allen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
