She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael DeFrank and Gemma DeFrank; her husband Russell Costello; her brother Frank; and her siblings-in-law, Florence DeFrank, Roger, Patricia Costello and Janice Costello.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Costello, Russell Costello (Catherine), Dennis Costello (Sue), Steve Costello (Tina), Cynthia Costello, Jim Costello (Amy) and Mark Costello (Beth); and her grandchildren, Michael Costello, Elizabeth Costello, Christopher Costello, Alexandra Sahlani (Danny), Emma Costello, Franchesca Costello, Ben Costello and Olivia Costello. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
