He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Bretag and Lucille Bretag (Byrne). He is survived by: his wife Florence Wisniewski; his children, Randy Bretag (Sue) of Ottawa, Debbie Bretag of Evanston, IL, Tom Bretag (Joan) of Ottawa and Cindy Cox (Steve) of Acworth, Georgia.; and his siblings, Peggy Bellettini of Morris, Paul, James, Kaye, Doris Barron and Betty Pandolfi. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. one great step-grandchild, and one great-great grandson.
