He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Melissa Owens (Don) of St. Joseph, IL, Erik Hoffman (Heidi) of Ottawa and Nicole Tuftie (Scott) of Ottawa; his granddaughters, Olivia and Eve; and his brother Robert Hoffman (Pat) of Ottawa.
