He is survived by: his wife Pam (Benjamin); his daughters, Lisa Hebel (George) and Cailee Flick (Kimo); his grandchildren, Zach, Gabby, Izzac, Isabella Hebel and Noelani Flick; and his sister Carol Hanny (Elmo).
