John Carroll Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Carroll of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Carroll and Bertha Carroll (Brown); and his brother Warren Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Joan Carroll (Arwood); his daughters, Michelle Temp (R. J.), Kandi Scifers (Dan) and Nikki Okel (Dann); his siblings, Arnie Carroll, Dorothy Carroll and Pam Mettille (Matt); and his grandchildren, Lindsay Tuftie (Austin), Justin Scifers, James South, Leah Scifers and Jesimae Okel. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
