John Atchley Obituary
In loving memory of John Atchley (Ottawa, Illinois), who departed this world on April 7, 2025 at the age of 75. John leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Atchley and Theo Atchley; and his brothers, Troy Atchley and Ricky Joe Atchley. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Atchley (Huberty); his children, Erin Dennis (Michael) of Pleasureville, KY, John Atchley (Stephanie) of Marseilles, IL and Christina Evans (Dave) of Streator, IL; his grandchildren, Sydney, Adelaide Dennis, Wyatt and Henry Atchley; and his siblings, Louise Caudle, Virginia Morrow, Jerry Atchley, Larry Atchley, Janice Scott, Jeannette Helton and Danny Atchley. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews, many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gladfelter-Roetker Funeral Home (1601 E Norris Dr, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Patrick's Catholic Church (726 W Jefferson St, Ottawa, IL 61350).
