We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024, at the age of 89, Joanne Elizabeth Stortz of Ottawa, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Walsh and Mary Walsh (O'Donnell); her husband Jack Stortz; and her siblings, Mary Irene Walsh, Rita Pillion, Catherine Harmon, Leo Walsh and Tom "Bud" Walsh.
She is survived by: her children, Jodi Porter (Brian) and Jay Stortz (Kris Tuuk); her grandchildren, Jake Stortz, Trent Porter, Maddie Porter, Ethan, Noah and Emma Tuuk; and her sister Margaret "Marge" Aubry.
Memorials may be directed to the LaSalle County Historical Society or the Ronald McDonald House charities.
