We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2023, at the age of 88, JoAnn Mae Richardson Neil of Ottawa, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Nelson and Eunice Nelson; her former husband Robert E. Richardson Jr.; her husband Dr. James Neil; her son-in-law Paul R. Borth Sr.; her brother Stanley Nelson; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Kuhn, Mary Jane Nelson and Greg Kuhn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Tabor (Nick) of Ottawa, Mara Richardson Long of Lake Forest, Kristen Borth of Glenview and Laura Utz (Nathan) of Granger; and her grandchildren, Nicholas IV, Erica, Natalie Tabor, Maggie, Bobby, Brennan, Reagan Long, Paul Jr., John, Olivia, Sophia Borth, Carter, Paxton and Rylie Utz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
