He is survived by: his wife Lynn Shannon (Saltsman) of Ottawa; his daughters, Kandee Jo Salerno and Melanie Heermann; his grandchildren, Brooke Wantland, Jordan Wantland, Kelley Jo Priesman, Robyn Heermann and Nick Heermann; his great grandchildren, Ameen, Anthony, Tank, Paxton, Harper, Veida, Rocky, Thea and Beatrix; and his siblings, Don Shannon, Helen Powell and Colletta Hilton.
