He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Johnston and Betty Johnston; his father-in-law Al Trezza; and his brother-in-law Al Trezza, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Steve Johnston (Nicky) and Julie Milavec (John); his grandchildren, John (Juliet), Rachel and Luke Milavec; his mother-in-law Mildred Trezza; and his sister-in-law Ranna Christenson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
