It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard L. Brue of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peder Brue and Emma Brue (Olson); his wife Betty E. Micklos; and his siblings, Charlotte Henrikson, Evelyn Brue Roeder, Palmer, Bernard, Reuben and Francis Brue.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Brue (Cathy) of Manville and Rhonda Brue McAlpine (Bill) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Tiffany Brue Kenney, Travis Brue, Tracy Taylor, Ashley Brue Jansen, Matt McAlpine and Sean McAlpine; and his great grandchildren, Emma Kenney, Jason Jansen, Jaxon Jansen, Jameson Jansen and Kaydence Jansen.
Social distancing and face coverings will be required.
Memorials may be directed to Bethel Lutheran Brethren Church or the donor's choice.
