He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Parker and Ada Parker (McAllister); his wife Janice Parker; his daughter Jill Parker; and his siblings, William Parker and Margaret Luke.
He is survived by: his children, Jon Parker (Judy) of Ottawa, Diane Rogers (Bill) of Ottawa, Gay Manella (Richard) of Westlake and Eva Anderson (Ken) of Oglesby; and his sister Edith Escher. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
