He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fredrick Fratto and Rosemary Fratto; his siblings, Deborah O'Brien, Joe Fratto (Beverley) and John Fratto (Patricia); his nieces and nephews, Melissa O'Brien (Paul Seigel), Patrick O'Brien, Chris O'Brien (Alyssa), Nicole James (Nick), Jennifer Aristuk (Steve), Michael Fratto (Grace) and Mark Fratto; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen, Emmett, Hudson, Jackson, Audrey, Weston, Joel and Leah Rose.
