It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Russell Rinker of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rinker and Arlene Rinker (Irion). He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Diss of Ottawa and Kelly Shymanski of Ottawa; his grandsons, Elijah Diss and Garrett Shymanski; and his brothers, Gregg and Gordon Rinker.
