He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Cooper (Funkey); his parents, Kenneth Cooper and Ireta Cooper (Griswold); and his brothers, Gerald Cooper and William Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Cooper (Chris) and Karen Bonnell (Tim); his grandchildren, Zac, Amber, Hannah, Alec, Ian and Isaac; his siblings, Gaylerd Cooper, Genette Taylor, Donald Cooper (Linda), Duane Cooper and Phyllis Barker (Tom); and his sister-in-law Joan Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
