It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Clements of Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Clements and Peggy Partridge (Wright). He is survived by: his sisters, Kristy Clements of Streator and Kaiti Partridge of Ottawa; his grandmother Gertrude Allen of Ottawa; his stepfather Terry Partridge of Ottawa; and his stepsiblings, Danielle Partridge of Dixon and Jamie Partridge of Dixon. He is also survived by three nieces; and two nephews.
