He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Allen and Marjorie Pearl Allen (Rentz); and his brothers, Jim and Bill Allen. He is survived by: his wife Zelda Dubach; his children, Edward Allen, Jr. (Della) of Ottawa and Marie Koepke (Christopher) of Ottawa; his sisters, Karen Hoffman (Melvin) of Bradenton, FL and Pat Greenhalgh (Scott) of Englewood, FL; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Allen of Big Canoe, GA and Julie Allen of Porterville, CA.; his grandchildren, Edward Allen III (Ashley), Christina Considine (Ben), Caitlyn Allen (Rob Conway), Logan, Chandler and Ciara Koepke; and his great grandchildren, Kailee, Connor Considine and John Conway.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a local charity of the donor's choice in lieu of flowers.
