She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Johnson and Mamie Catherine "Babe" Johnson (Parr); her husband Michael Eugene Lewis; her stepmother Dorothy Johnson; her siblings, William C. Johnson Jr. and Joyce Weber; and her niece Doris Lewis "Dorsi".
She is survived by: her brother Leonard James "Jimmy" Johnson (Betty); her children, Sheryl Haskins, Joyce Koch (Richard), Michael Lewis Jr., Debra Hammer (Kenneth) and Robert Lewis (Tiffany); and her grandchildren, Lara Haskins, John Haskins (Tammy), Jessica Klosowski (Michael), Patrick McDermott (Paulina Arnold), Michael K. Lewis (Allison), Kevin J. Lewis (Hope), Kristopher C. Lewis (Megan), Kurtis P. Lewis (Aryn), Donald Lewis Jr. (Kelli), Nikki Hammer, Nicholas Lewis (Rachel) and McKenzie Lewis. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
