We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 89, Doris Jean Carr of Ottawa, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Foster and Jean Foster (Tucker); and her siblings, Anna Wicks and Kenneth I. Foster. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Carr; her daughters, Tammy Thieme (Dave) and Rhonda Carr; and her grandchildren, Joseph Fiesel (Lauren), Katie Martin, Nick Thieme (Stevie), Michelle Sterner (Erik) and Jonathan Thieme.

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
