He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford T. Knudson and Maude Knudson (Houchin). He is survived by: his wife Jo Allois of Benton, IL; his sons, Dr. Gregory Knudson (Michele) and Dr. Gary Knudson (Kendra); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Knudson (Alexa), Garrett Knudson, Matthew Knudson, Kailyn Frost (Andrew) and William Knudson. He is also survived by his four great-grandchildren.
