He is survived by: his spouse Judith Ortiz; his children, Teresa Martinez (Sal), Mark Ortiz, Ray Ortiz (Patty), Angie Greene (Randy) and Robin Ortiz; his grandchildren, Brandon (Joy), Steven, Noah, Baylee, Ashley and Maleah; his great grandchildren, Zadie, Hazel, Elliana and Lanni; his brothers, Phil Ortiz (late Gay), Tony Ortiz (late Pat) and David Ortiz (late Ruby); his siblings-in-law, Margaret Ortiz and Ray Perez; and his pet Chico. He is also survived by husband and father who cared deeply for his children and grandchildren.
