Corey Parker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Corey Parker of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Winchester, Tennessee, who passed away on October 8, 2021 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry Sr. and Judy Thorson. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Thorson and Alena Thorson; his sisters, Taylor Thorson (Lorenzo Samuel) and Mackenzie Thorson; his grandparents, Evelyn Perry and Jimmy Kelley; his nephew Ky'Aire Samuel; his uncles, Adam Kelley, Brian Thorson and Allen Kelley; and his great-aunt Katie Heft (Vern). He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Masks and Social distancing will be required.

Memorials may be made to support suicide prevention and awareness, mental health awareness, alcohol and drug addiction awareness, or Ottawa Pads Shelter.
