She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Judith McIntosh of Oglesby, Robert McIntosh of Lockport, John and Dolores O'Neill of New Lenox; and her sister Michelle of Joliet.

She is survived by: her parents, George O'Neill (AJ) of Danville and Melody O'Neill of Seneca; her close friend Robert Hum of Seneca; her children, Brandon Cade of Granville and Abigail Cade of Seneca; her pet Ginger; and her siblings, Pete O'Neill (Kimmie) of Wisconsin, Liz Condon (Adam) of Kankakee and Quinn O'Neill (Michelle) of Marseilles. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
