He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. and Shirley M. Gamons, Sr. (Bayer); and his daughter Debbie. He is survived by: his former wives, Sue Brue and Frances Brozak; his wife Fran; his children, Joseph Gamons (Gina), Guy Gamons of Chicago and Kelly Ansteth (Ron) of Mendota; his grandchildren, Tyler Gamons, Madison and Noah Ansteth; his stepchildren, Jason Freeman (Carrie), Edward Freeman (Janice), Connie Myre (Jim) of Ottawa and Francie Cain (John) of Ottawa; his sister Judy Carr (Phil); and his nephews, Phil (Nancy) and Curt Carr (May). He is also survived by eight step grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren.
