He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Barth and Frances Barth (Brownfield). He is survived by: his wife Jan Barth (Cross); his sons, Dr. Kurt Barth (Tracy) of Morris and Michael Barth (Jennifer) of Ballwin, MO; his grandchildren, Hannah, Blake, Allyson, Loren, Connor and Alexander Barth; and his brother Jack Barth of Hoffman Estates.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
