She is survived by: her children, Shelly Kuhn (Steve) of Ottawa, Julie Scott (Kirk) of Sun Prairie, Wis and Mike Cook (Jane) of Mundelein, Ill.; her grandchildren, John (Adrienne), Alex (Kate), Leah Kuhn, Shane, Christa, Cara Scott, Matthew and Caitlin Cook; her great grandchildren, Maya and Willa Kuhn; and her sisters, Nancy Yuhas (Bob) and Mary Lamps.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
