He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley Fox, Howard Smith and Gerald Miskell; and his sister April Miskell. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Miskell and Brenda Smith-Harkins; his children, Devin Schmoker and Jenna Watland; his granddaughter Aaliyah Watland; his siblings, Darrin Miskell (Nancy), Christy Miskell and Angie Webb (Chris); and his grandmother Patricia Miskell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
