Dippel of Ottawa, Illinois, born in Granville, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dippel and Evelyn Dippel (Wallin); his wife Evelyn Wicks; his brother Lee Dippel; and his siblings-in-law, Fern Dippel and Joe Honer.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Dippel (Patricia) and Kim Spencer (Bob); his sister Rita Honer; his grandchildren, Tiffany Dippel (Kyle Mucci), Adam and Alex Spencer; and his great grandchild Vincent Mucci.
