He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Manley and Delores Manley (Bingham); and his brothers, Richard and Kim Manley. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Wright of North Carolina, Arnie Manley of Seneca and Jackie Manley of Virginia; and his brother Bill Manley. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
